The maps suck. Things are never where the map shows.

Then go to the right store. haha

In reality I make a manager proof the copy I print to confirm their plans haven't changed. The items requiring a bracelet will be accurately placed. Pallets of lesser items could be anywhere. The DVD's were as advertised in the frozen foods because they drew the largest crowd.

At our store, many items are not in the spot according to the map. And the list on the back, half are always wrong. And none of the employees know where anything is. The DVD pallets are usually by the food, and the TV lines as well. Those things don't change, and are easy to spot. Many times, they have multiple balloons in the same spot and it is confusing as heck. But it is what I come to expect, because it is like this year after year after year. Not that I get much, so I guess I shouldn't complain, just putting my 2 cents in, the maps suck.

I hate the fact the movies are in food section of the store there is never enough room to see them. You can't get around at all

Our map is also useless. Where they have some things located makes no sense whatsoever. I thought my closer WM would have a brain in their head this year because they just completed a multi-million dollar makeover and expansion, but apparently, their brain was shipped to another store and never sent back.

I had a look at our other WM's map too while I was on there, and that looks about normal to me. I guess I'll be going there again this year, even though I tried to avoid doing so. :(

I figured by now, they would know what they are doing, WM seems to be getting worse.

Who needs a Map of walmart, just show up 4 hours early and you have plenty time to map it out in your head.

That's what I normally do, but something tells me that with some of the things being grouped in among the cheapy DVD/Blu-ray/Games, the DVD nazis won't let me through to look at the other items, which will be a total waste of my time.

I'd rather drive the 20 minutes out of my way to the other, more calm WM. I think with the tasering fiasco up there last year that the DVD nazis will be a little more lax this year, since last year was the first year they guarded them and it was chaos. Plus, none of the items I want are bulked in with the movies up that way, so even if the movies are guarded again, I don't have to be anywhere near them. ;)

Ok, where do I find the map? Can't seem to find it on their site?
Last year the map was pretty well right on with where the items were located <except I think for the video games since they brought those out last minute and something got put in their place>.
