My turkey went well. I just roasted it on a rack in the foil pan with an initial baste of oil and salt and pepper. Started the oven at 450 F and then baked the turkey at 325 F for about 3 hours. It reached 170 F in the thigh and 180 F in the breast, a bit overcooked.

I've been giving my Kitty leftover turkey since Thanksgiving. She's been full and happy
