Hmm, do they show the deals far enough in advance so that you can see what they have and gauge if you want it or not? I'm either aiming for a 50" at 400/450 to match the BB one or a 55" ~550/600 right now, think there will be much around there?

Here's the link for where the lightning deals will be held. http://www.amazon.com/b?_encoding=UTF8&node=384082011
Check it out and scroll through all the deals, it will look exactly like that but with shorter sale times. You can also change the category to electronics to check out the tvs during their sale week. The sales change daily and start a little later in the morning because their on Pacific time, so as long as you check by 8-9 am you shouldn't miss anything.
I haven't really paid attention to the Amazon tv sales for the BF week, sorry! I know that if it's a popular deal, Amazon will likely match it.

Awesome! Thank you so much for the information! I have a pretty good list of what I want as far as price points etc so I know what I want at least now, the question is if there will be any good deals that week on Amazon or I'll be in line outside my local best buy. Unfortunately there's only one near here so that might be crazy and I might just go with option 2 for a little more $$

No problem! Good luck with finding your TV, you'll have to let us know if you scored one. Did you see the homepage ?http://bfads.net/Amazons-Deep-Discounts-on-TVs-and-Home-Theatre
Re: Online Shopping Tips?
I did actually! Most of the brands with prices I'd be worried about as I'm looking for a 50-55" for around $600, only stipulation is 1080p for me. I also saw they are likely selling these:
•Samsung 39EH5003 39-Inch 1080p LED HDTV
•Samsung 55EH6000 55-Inch 1080p LED HDTV
•Samsung 65EH6000 65-Inch 1080p LED HDTV
•LG 47-Inch Cinema 3D 1080p LED-LCD HDTV
•LG 55-Inch 1080p LED LCD HDTV
•Panasonic VIERA TC-L24X5 24-Inch LED LCD TV
•Panasonic VIERA TC-L32X5 32-Inch LED-LCD TV
•Panasonic TC-L50EM5 50-Inch 60Hz LED TV
•Panasonic TC-P60U50 60-Inch 600Hz Plasma HDTV
The Panny 50" is 640 right now and the 60" around $900 so the 50" would definitely be in my ballpark, just dont want to kick myself in the butt by getting something like that Hiteker and then having it die on me or look worse than my CRT TV
Do you know if the "add to cart" button appears as the deals come available or do you need to refresh the page entirely?

It appears automatically.
Re: Online Shopping Tips?
Actually just found an LG 50'' Plasma HDTV 50PA6500 1080p for $582 after Taxes that I'll probably go with. The only TV on my list that comes close to this is the 50" Toshiba for $400 from BB which I'm not dedicated enough to get, every other 50+" TV deal would be more after Tax...
