Lowe's

Postby teknoge3k » Sat Nov 11, 2017 12:00 pm

33 page ad scan: https://www.bfads.net/stores/lowes/ads/black-friday

Lowe's will be closed on Thanksgiving and open at 6AM on Black Friday! They will be offering free shipping for My Lowe's members which is awesome because it's free to sign up!

Here's a few deals we saw:
Kobalt 227-Piece Standard (SAE) Mechanic's Tool Set w/ Hard Case - $99.00
Real Christmas Trees + $10 Lowe's Gift Card - Starting at $29.98
Kobalt 1000 Series 32.5-in x 26.5-in 4-Drawer Friction Steel Black Tool Cabinet - $49.00
Rayovac AA 36-Pack Household Batteries - $5.97
Werner 17-ft Aluminum 300-lb Telescoping Type Ia Multi-Position Ladder - 79.99
Werner 3.29-ft. x 12-in. x 20.56-in. Aluminum Work Platform - $19.97
Poinsettia's - $0.99

A lot of the items in the ad say that they are a "New Lower Price" so we're not sure if that means those prices will be valid even after the sale or not, but we'll definitely keep an eye on them! Plus, the ad says that they will be offering new Deals of the Day available both in-store and online so keep checking back for those!

I never knew there to be limits. It doesn't say there is on the ad.

There's just a general disclaimer at the very top of the ad "Quantities Limited" but it does not say on which items.
I guess I'll just go and try my luck!

I thought "quantities limited" meant they only had a certain number in stock...not that you were only allowed a certain amount.

There's no limit on the pointsettias. I bought 15 last year and no one even looked at me weird for doing it. I also bought 20 of those 99 cent light bulbs they had like 2 years ago too with no side-eye from anybody. Lowe's is very much first come, first serve. We watched someone buy a half a pallet of shop-vacs last year. I still wonder why someone would need that many lol.

Can't pass up the 36pk of AA batteries for $6. I bought 2 of those last year, we ran out a month ago. Kids and toys.

Prob gonna get 4 packs this year. Keep 3 in the fridge (extends life).

Also if you keep an eye on Groupon, they have batteries quite often through the year. I always got batteries on Black Friday but started getting them on Groupon. I think it's 72 batteries for $10 or something like that? They're Sony brand.

The good news about Lowe's is if you select in-store pickup, you can tell how many are at your local store and the stores around you. I have seen as many 2,000 of the poinsettia at one location.

I see 100 batteries for $24. Not as good a deal.

It's weird, this is the first year I have NOT been able to order the poinsettias online from them.

Lowes near me lists 505 as the available quantity for the batteries. If they last 3 years (i forgot the standard battery shelf life) I may get a stack.
