Best Buy

Postby teknoge3k » Wed Nov 08, 2017 6:28 am

50 page ad scan: https://www.bfads.net/stores/best-buy/ads/black-friday

Best Buy will be opening at 5PM on Thanksgiving, closing at 1AM Black Friday morning and then reopening again at 8AM on Black Friday. This seems to be a trend this year, but at least it gives you time to recharge your batteries!

Best Buy will be handing out tickets starting at 3PM on Thanksgiving for Doorbuster items so make sure you arrive early if there's something you have your eye on. The ad also states that most of their Black Friday items will be available online, but there's no guarantee. Their online sale starts sometime on Thanksgiving but they have yet to release a specific start time.

Here are some of the best deals in the ad:
Google Home Mini + $10 Best Buy Gift Card - $29.99
KitchenAid Professional 500 Series Stand MIxer (KV25G0XER) - $199.99 On Sale Now!
Lenovo IdeaPad 11.6" Laptop w/ Intel Celeron, 2GB Memory, 32GB eMMC Flash Memory - $99.99
Microsoft Xbox One S 500GB Madden NFL 18 Bundle + Extra Controller - $229.99
NVIDIA SHIELD TV 16 GB Streaming Media Player with Controller - $169.99 On Sale Now!
Lego Ninjago Movie Game (Nintendo Switch) - $19.99
Xbox Live 3-Month Subscription - $9.99
Samsung SmartThings Hub - $49.99 On Sale Now!
Best Buy is also having a Black Friday Preview Sale today until Saturday, with some of their Black Friday items included! You can see above that some of their best Black Friday items are included in the sale so make sure you browse around. We noticed that they have the Keurig K50 Classic Coffeemaker on sale for $59.99 in the ad, but it's part of the preview sale and it currently comes with a $20 Best Buy Gift Card! As an added bonus they are offering Free Shipping on all orders through the holidays!

I buy my xbox live 12 month subscriptions each year for about $20 on ebay. Never had an issue for 5 years now.

The 50" sharp on page 1 for $179 (LC-50LBU591U) is pretty good.

It's only 60hz
which I wouldn't recommend in general, but my in-laws are elderly and have a massive old box-tv that is not HD. This will certainly be a good upgrade for them!

And since it's a Roku TV with built in apps, all the better.

I won't be sitting in line for hours, but I will stop by at 3pm for a ticket. I went to BB 2 years ago 2 hours after they opened and they had every item/ticket available.

Some items in the BF ad are available for the same price today. Looked up the Terk indoor antenna on their site and I can pick it up today for the same price. Wonder how many other items the same conditions apply.

I will try for the Donut Shop K cups. They're 29.99 now so 19.99 will be a really nice price.

I saw the expresso machine. The milk frother must be a separate item. I don't like the ones with plastic components and threw away the last two years ago when they broke.

Right now:

Wegmans brand are pretty good.. and 72 for $23!
https://www.wegmans.com/products/bevera ... sules.html

And a donut shop version, 16 for $4

https://www.wegmans.com/products/bevera ... 29862.html

I just got a Keurig, got it from a housesale, brand new in box. Lady didn't know the value so she sold it to me for $25. Saves me trips to Dunkin Donuts now.

I didn't think about k-cups on BF, but I will start paying attention now. So far not seeing a "wow" moment.

I just wanted to add to this that I pick up K cups at Big Lots on BF every year. Last year they were $18.88 for an 80ct box. They have a few different varieties. (Also, $25 for a keurig? Nice steal!)

Regarding the Lenovo laptop for $179, I wonder when it will be available online. Will it be available online on Thursday “some time after midnight” or Friday “sometime after midnight” as it’s considered a Friday doorbuster but it doesn’t say in store only?

If I recall correctly the online prices kick in sometime between 3:00-5:00 EST Thanksgiving morning. As to whether or not it is only available in the physical store, I have no clue.

Their deal this year. https://www.bfads.net/Item/Big-Lots-Tha ... ups/414854

3 boxes for the price of 2. So it's $30 for 126 k-cups. Not a bad deal I think.
