Store opens at 9am on Friday

HPB is offering the first 100 customers in each store on November 27th a free tote bag that includes a $5 gift card. One tote bag will contain a $100 gift card! This deal is an oldie but a goodie - they featured the same promotion last year, and it dates all the way back to 2008. This Black Friday, however, Half Price Books is also offering 20% off storewide - which is the best percentage-off promotion they have offered on Black Friday since 40% off one item in 2011

First ad leaked, and an actual black FRIDAY ad at that. That Ms Pac-man wonder mug (changes colors when hot) looks great, and even better it would be free if I was one of the first 100 customers

I got it free a few months ago in one of my Nerd Blocks.

From what I can tell, their page is for advertising/promotion only - no online shopping. Is that right? Nearest store to me would be in the middle of another state I think.

Half Price Books had the BF pole position locked in. I'll honor their foresight by browsing their ad and see when the hours are to line up online purchasing plans.

For the nth year in a row, I still do not know where a Half Price Books is located.

Obviously, my sarcasm did not carry as well as I would have hoped.

Is that a good shock or a bad shock?

I suppose it's great if you like used books but to me it has always felt like the goodwill of the bookstores.
I think I also didn't realize it was a chain store.

We have a used bookstore around here. The problem is that the used books cost almost as much as the new ones. You may save $2-3, but for that little savings I would rather purchase the new one.

Could someone please tell me, on which page of the adscan does it say that stores will be opening at 9:00 am on Friday? I looked but didn't find that information. Thanks.
