Wonder if it will wait until some of the people are done checking out. Maybe if you were in the process already you were able to complete it. Then some more people can go..like a bouncer at a club at capacity.

Best Buy.com is officially dead and everytime I call the customer service line it is one of 4 messages telling me I cannot get through.

I'm not surprised if they just completely shut it down and will start up again.

I was actually excited when I became a silver member for this reason alone. Oh well, what a let down. I have plans today and sitting around waiting for it to come back up is not one of them.

I just got in....got the gaming headset then back in to get the laptop chill pad & some skull candy headphones. got the emails confirming but you know how that goes.......

I was STILL on hold when I got the transactions to go through.

I got in and was able to get the stuff I wanted except the movies. I put all the Big Bang Theory seasons in my cart, and it took them out saying Sold Out. That's crazy. I was in and they were in my cart at 11:00 on the dot, and by the time it unfroze to allow me back in..they were gone.
