First of all, is your TV a 3D TV?

Apparently, Panasonic makes both active and passive 3D televisions. I'm afraid that you'll have to tell us the specific model number of your television before we are able to address your question.

From doing research, it seems that the Panasonic GT30 series use infrared (IR) active shutter 3D glasses. Unfortunately, since the GT30 series was released, Panasonic has switched to a different type of 3D glasses (called "Full HD 3D" and which uses RF/Bluetooth), so the glasses you need are somewhat old/obsolete. You'll need to be extra careful to make sure you buy the correct type of 3D glasses for your television. For example, new Panasonic 3D glasses won't work with your older Panasonic 3D TV.

Also, another gotcha is that older Panasonic 3D glasses are not compatible with other brands of televisions, and conversely other brands of 3D glasses might not be compatible with your television. (One of the reasons why they switched to the new Full HD 3D standard is that it fixes this compatibility problem.) So, the upshot is that you need to buy 3D glasses that are specifically compatible with Panasonic televisions.

A few other random notes:
- Xpand X103 glasses are "universal" IR 3D glasses that will work with your television. The X104 model also works but is more expensive. The glasses are usually around $50, but a Google shopping search shows some refurbished ones for less.
- Monoprice.com sells their own brand of "3D IR Active Shutter Glasses for Panasonic 3D Displays" for about $43.
- Sainsonic.com sells their own brand of "SainSonic for Panasonic ST/VT/UT/GT TVs 3D Rechargeable Active Shutter Glasses" for just $20 each. That seems like the best deal I could find, though I don't know how good they are.
