I truly think we will see it by next Friday, November 20. Last year they said they would not release it until the Monday of Thanksgiving week, but decided to let sites post it the Friday before instead. I'm crossing my fingers....

As soon as someone gets their hands on it, you will be able to find it. You just have to know where to look.

WM ads to drop

Postby tmc8080 » Fri Nov 13, 2009 9:21 am

Item list & prices likely by 20, ad scans by 23 (thus confirming a theoretical list).. would WM go as far as to create a fake ad to track down leaks, sure.. so we'll see..

Also, it appears that not many big box stores are doing what they did last year and having mixed ads (ie ads for one region, and different ones for the next). Although it's safe to say, winter clothing doesn't sell as well in the deep south-- most stores will have mainstream items for BF sales.

What remains to be seen is will WM beat teh 32" westinghouse 720p hdtv from target at $246?
Having a brand name with same features at the same price would be a direct slap in the face of target-- but that remains to be seen. Can walmart beat $3 appliances? Sure by having them FREE after rebate (with minimum purchase), pricematching is pointless. I hold out no hope for BB's ad-- because at the same time as their online early sales push, news media reports of that good old supply theory (limited stock) is hitting the airwaves---herby taunting shoppers.. you better get it while they still have it scam.

Kind of worried that Walmart will be even more crazy now that the BB ad stunk.
