Today, amazon itself doesn't have any, you can pick up a used one for $ 279. I think the amazon retailers are selling them new for $ 318.00 (lowest). Now I'm glad I grabbed mine the other day for $ 209.00 after the 10 buck discount and $30 for a card I'll never use!

Try calling your local Best Buy or Walmart and see if they can tell you when they receive their shipments, then try to get to the store early that morning, it worked for me.

Just be patient. i walked into Best Buy about 6 weeks ago and there they were --a bout 15 of them. I grabbed one (already having one) walked around with my kids --- called a few friends, but I did not get any takers... I put it back -- Go figure.... With the Holiday shopping == good luck. Game Stop was my place 2 years ago on Black Friday == 4 am.. freezing cold.. 5th in line. Gotta do it!! good luck

I bought a wii with the intention of selling it on Ebay and making a fortune. However, Nintendo decided to hire more children in their sweatshops and produce 50% more units in October alone, thanks Nintendo!

I returned the Wii to gamestop yesterday, got my refund before I lost on the deal.

Mom of seven I think you just killed seven kittens. One for each of your children. To answer your question though, no the Wii will not be half off at ANY store. The stores only make $10-15 off each Wii they sell (if that) and there is no way they are going to lose $125 on each Wii. Sorry to sound like a jerk, but we all want to find good deals on Black Friday, but if it sounds too good to be true, then it most likely is.

We were doing some shopping this weekend and we went to two different Best Buys and they each had at least 30 in stock. I bought my Wii about 6 months without having to wait for it. Target and Wal-Mart never have them in stock. Best Buy and Toys R Us are always the best bet for a Wii.
