Hope everything goes well and that you feel well enough on Friday. However you can still shop online if you don't. On a side note, it is quite funny that you are so hardcore that you are concerned about the site and getting good deals when obviously everyone here is concerned about you. Take it easy for the next couple of days.

Wow, that is horrible. Glad surgery went well. Here's to a healthy and speedy recovery. As killasnake pointed out, you're health isn't worth a few dollars saved. Take care of yourself.

no...it was a cancerous tumor. We have been battling testicular cancer since May and we thought he was on the road to recovery until we found this tumor. His head will be wrapped up really good when we go out and if anyone gets within 2 feet of his head I will be kicking some @ss!

I will keep him in my thoughts for a speedy recovery. Does he have to have chemo for this?

I had abdominal surgery a week and a half ago and my husband really doesn't want me out, but I plan to be there anyway. I may just be sitting back and watching everyone have fun, but I can't imagine not being out there. My surgery pales in comparison, but let him know he isn't the only one out post-surgery!

He finished his chemo in August. For testicular cancer they will only do 4 rounds of chemo max...he had 4 rounds. His oncologist and the specialist that we have seen (Lance Armstrong's oncologist) are debating on whether or not he will get radiation.

Some people think that I am crazy just going out shopping on BF; but to go out a week after brain surgery is true dedication.

Good luck with whatever treatment is needed. Enjoy Thanksgiving and the excitement on Friday.
