I have AT&T, and I have noticed that the service is worse in my area. I have one of the Samsung slide phones and I absolutely hate it...can't upgrade till next Christmas. :(

Right now , Razr V3M on Alltel.

I'm really wanting to get the Dare (the camera and camcorder is one of the best out there).
Because Verizon bought Alltel, I might be able to get it some time next year.....

I have a pantech with cingular/att (whatever). It's the little one that they had the commercial with the daughter arguing with the mom about how cute it is. My daugther saved her money and bought herself the iphone. now it's cracked, which voids the warranty, so she's asking for gift cards to best buy so she can buy another one.[/img]

I have AT&T and mine was the "free" one. Our contract runs up next month, but we are happy with our service and coverage so will probably just get a new phone.

I was very happy with AT&T's help when my daughter started becoming a text message junkie. She had a plan for 1000 per month and somehow did 5000. I was checking usage online and called them to see what kind of bill I had. They told me for $5 more per month I could go to unlimited texting and they would cover the past ones she did. What a huge sigh of relief, at 10 cents per text I would have been in the poorhouse! Now she does over 10,000 each month. I have no idea how since I never see her doing it!

AT&T Go Phone and I absolutely love it. I buy a $25 card every couple of months and a $4.99 feature card which gives me 200 Text Messages a month without taking away from my minutes.

She's at school texting her friends. LOL. My friend and I have the family plan with our 2 teenage daughters. We did the same thing after her daughter had just over $500 worth of texting.

Last month was 13,000

Happy to say my daughter does virtual high school from home and while she is 'at school' I am sitting in the next room watching out of the corner of my eye. The cell phone is nowhere nearby. This probably means she is texting her friends who are at school. They will be the ones who are in trouble I guess, not her.

6 yrs later Galaxy S4... 1st smart phone for me, its cool. I was sort of forced due to Verizon having a very limited stock. I also left Verizon for Sprint due to the Unlimited data plan that they have and others do not

I love my iPhone. I had a Droid back in the day and hated it. It would overheat and restart all the time. Although they have made improvements, I haven't felt the need to jump from the Apple cart.
