I forgot to take my own advice to always verify deals by looking at the adscans. As a result I gave bad advice. This deal involves a mail-in rebate! This makes it no longer appealing to me.

I bought the WM one online this morning when their sale went live and even got free 2-day shipping on it. Can't wait to get moved in to our new house so I can try it out!

I bought the Walmart BF one (Farberware). Found it hours after the sale put back in a random place. We used it for popcorn chicken, hashbrowns, and grilled chicken chunks (for wraps) yesterday and it all turned out great. I like that it is easy for all my kids to use (my youngest is 6th grade) and cooks quickly.

That sums it up, I think they work great, only takes a few minutes to heat up, and cooks pretty quick, just make sure to get one with a big basket, you have to fry most stuff, single layer, got the 6.5 liter and it holds about a dozen or so onion rings, and a fair amount of fries,

We received one of these as a hand-me-down a month or so ago from my in-laws. They bought it and then didn't like it. I'm glad I didn't buy it. I mean, it seems to work like a convection oven for the most part. I like it, but it's not like it turns out the greatest food I have ever had. Granted, I have only cooked fries, chicken nuggets, and mini corn dogs in it. I suppose I need to do some fried chicken to see how that turns out.

I made chicken wings in mine....they were AWESOME!! followed the directions in the recipe book & they were pretty easy. I used the frozen wings with nothing on them & then added my flavors as it says for the recipe. got them all nice & crispy!

Man, not even lunch time and now I'm HUNGRY!!
