I'd set out bagels, croissants, butter, jam, cream cheese, fruit and coffee. no cooking.

I would say bake banana bread or a cinnamon streusel loaf up ahead of time. Then serve with some fruit and the breakfast cereals. (the store bought muffins work too.)

Thanks! I may end up doing the bagels and jam instead :) There is a Panera bread store in the city near us, but I don't think I can get over there before Thurs. All we have locally is Kroger. I may be able to stop by Kroger today and see what they have.

I second that. Not sure what grocery store/bakery you have, but several different flavors of danish or coffee cakes....juice, coffee & tea.

I was in Kroger a little while ago and they have a few different variety of coffee cakes, etc. so Thurs morning when I go to Kmart, I'll stop at Kroger and pick up some of those and some donuts or something. Coffee will be a must lol

Scrambled eggs, pancakes, and bacon - easy to cook in bulk with very few dishes :)
