Dyson recommendations?

Postby mlo » Sat Nov 09, 2013 11:49 am

This BF I figured I would treat myself to a new Dyson. In my house two levels have carpet and other is wood and ceramic. I like the Dyson slim but worry about the battery life. Anyone have any suggestions or own this vacuum?

i think i have the slim?? i would not recommend it for carpet. I only have one room (my bedroom) that has carpet and I use my regular vacuum for it. Works great for carpet-less floors though :)

I love the ball. It works well on the carpets and wood floors.

I see they have a couple different ones. Orange and purple. Purple one looks like a good choice.

Also...best deal? Macy's?

My brother just e-mailed me that he picked up an animal on clearance at Walmart.

My recommendation is to get a Shark Navigator.

I saw refurbished ones on sale at Lowes,
Just here to have fun, keep the bad guys out, and give the stray dogs a place to stay

These seem to be a popular item in a few ads. The folks are thinking about that Dyson DC40 at Kohls for $299.99 on BF.

Our whole house is hardwood and ceramic with one very large shedding dog. Dyson Animal is great at getting the hair compared to old school vacuums for sure.
