I'm hoping to have shish kabobs tonight, if I'm not too lazy to deal with the chicken later. :) Yum!

Well I'm currently feeling tired and under the weather so we may just have leftovers instead of mac & cheese.

Food or maybe some food but most likely it will be food

We are having Salmon with jasmine rice and corn for dinner. I'm excited just thinking about it!

Well since I'm going to be running around like a madman today getting ready for a 2 week business trip we're probably just going to order a pizza or something.

I have home made beef and veggie soup in the crockpot, going to make a side of Mexican rice (fried rice w/tomato & onions) to serve with it, and tortillas. Wish I could get to the store and grab some avocado to cut up and put in the tortillas!

LOVE Rodizio!!! Always have Groupons for our local one. The guys there know us and know that we love our meat medium rare/rare. They bring it to us first then take it back to cook some more for everyone else haha.
