That sounds yummy!

I'm taking the easy way out tonight. Grilled hotdogs with chili and french fries.

A skillet meal of red potatoes, onions, peppers and smoked Turkey sausage topped with a little cheese. Fried eggs with mine.

Macaroni and cheese. Seems like we have this every week, haha. Two picky eaters at home make it hard to plan different meals

Yankee pot roast with old-fashioned applesauce cake for dessert. Should be a treat for all of us as I haven't had any since I was like, 5 and the wife and kid has never had any...

Steaks cooked in my favorite cast iron pan, green beans seasoned with ham and some buttered small potatoes. Desert is a few oatmeal raisin cookies from today's baking marathon.

I made chicken as well as beef taco meats. Made extra so can freeze leftovers. So we had tacos tonight.

Last night was a veggie stir fry - one of my most favorite dinners. So simple.
I just get a bag of mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower is my choice) - cook them up, maybe add in some seasonings and other stuff, maybe not (sometimes chicken). Mix in some honey teriyaki marinade after the veggies are cooked. Warm up Uncle Ben's microwave rice. Delicious easy meal.
