Here it is July, and already wanting it to be November

I can't help but every year, get the feeling of wanting it to be the holiday season again, even when summer just started. Just to get some opinions, what are some people's big ticket items they are looking for this year?

I may upgrade to a front-load washer and dryer. That's the only thing we really want.

I was just thinking this same thing- which is why I wandered over to bfads. Is it too early to speculate?

A Notebook/Netbook for my 14 year old and a laptop for myself.

Maybe 2 laptops if I can get them at a great price!!

Don't laugh too loud, but I'm ready to buy my first laptop. A lower end model will be like a paperweight and an expensive one wil be too much to worry about. The desktop is nine years old, been upgraded and humming along (9for now).

My son (15) says his Christmas would be complete with an 8gb touch. The wifey wouldn't mind a 19-22 inch HD TV. I've got Thurs-Sun off for the first time in six years. Needless to say I can't wait for the BF wait.

I'm so ready for Fall! I need the change.
This has been a horrible year for us...we lost our jobs. It got pretty rough for us there for a little while and I just knew that I wouldn't be able to go BF shopping this year or do any Christmas shopping at all this year....but things are starting to look up now. SOOOOOO...I'm hoping that everything will continue getting better and I'll get to go BF shopping. I know that probably seems trivial to my husband...but it's the one of the only things I get to look forward to all year :( Pathetic, I know...lol

There is nothing wrong with looking forward to it like that, I get the same feeling after Black Friday as I do after Christmas. I hate the fact its over, but already cant wait until next year!
