Re: States most and least at risk for Black Friday violence

No action in Gatorville Florida last night. Walmart, Target and Best Buy were busy but no acts of violence that I witnessed

Re: Holiday Decorating

We usually put up the tree and outdoor lights the weekend after Thanksgiving but not this year since I'm out of state for work. I'm actually trying to stay longer (could use the extra $$ this time of the year) so if that gets approved I won't be doing any decorating (unless I buy some stuff and deco...

Re: Need a new GPS

So I'm getting tired of killing my phone battery by using it as a GPS, so looking for a standalone unit...Unfortunately (unless I missed it) I didn't see any listed this year, it used to be those things were featured on every ad. Can anyone direct me to a decent deal ? Preferably Garmin but will co...

Re: How shall thy drill?

I've been eyeballing the $60-ish Craftsman 19v drill personally, figured for another $20 or less I could get a 2nd battery and more bits. Some people like Ryobi, I personally never did, those tools always seemed on par with cheapo tools like what Harbor Freight sells. Milwaukee IMO measures rather c...

No Thanksgiving/BF this year :(

So I'm stuck in nowhere-ville Florida for work and won't be returning before the Thanksgiving holiday. While the OT/travel pay is awesome I'm kind of bummed that I won't be able to partake in any BF shopping this year. Not to mention the fact that for the first time in my entire existence I won't be...

Well obviously this was a troll post, however you do realize CircuitCity.com and CompUSA.com do exist (or at least did last I checked) and they could run some kind of BF sale. ;)

Re: Ads we're still waiting on

Anyone else surprised the AAFES ad hasn't come out yet, I feel that was one of the first major ones leaked the last couple years.

Re: What's for dinner?

Well since I'm going to be running around like a madman today getting ready for a 2 week business trip we're probably just going to order a pizza or something.

Re: Tools!

I'm thinking of the $60 Craftsman 19.5v drill/driver from Sears, but not sure, my last one was a Craftsman(18v) and only lasted ~8 yrs before the battery stopped holding a charge. To be fair I only paid $30 for it back then and use it quite a bit so I probably got my money's worth on it. 8)

Well I'm currently feeling tired and under the weather so we may just have leftovers instead of mac & cheese.
