Afterwards I'll probably be the only one to go onto the big town...

I will never boycott BF because its basically a family tradition and has been for about 6 years. My mom, sister and I have a blast planning the night before, getting up at 2am and doing all that waiting, we really get into it. Plus all the memories we take from it is priceless.

Re: So last year

I noticed a significant drop off of topics, deals and chatter which is understandable. but this year with some disappointing ads and the hopes of secret sales are you planning on watching the site until December 24 or later? After Black Friday I usually have all my big purchases made for Christmas ...

We are probably bringing two or three cars, my dad's 09 Honda Element (for the two tvs we want to get), my mom's Chrysler 300M for all the other stuff and since my sister has to work at 11 that morning she will bring her Dodge Minivan.

On TG, after the dinner, we spread all the ads out (usually have 2 copies of each). My younger siblings look them over to see if there is anything in particular they want and they circle them/note them. We figure out a game plan/timeline and put it to paper, it includes the stores in order and who w...
