Online Black Friday Sales Starting

Although I still believe it can't be a "Black Friday" sale unless it actually occurs on Black Friday, Amazon has started their Black Friday Deals Week Sale, where they'll be putting various items on sale throughout the day.

Their first item on sale is a Balance Ball Chair for the low price of $60, so not exactly a barn-burner sale, but we fully expect the deals to get progressively better as we get closer to Black Friday. Especially after reading this, which was posted on their website before launching their Black Friday Deals Week:

"We're searching for the best Black Friday deals everywhere--including deals other stores are planning--so we can meet or beat their prices and bring them to you even earlier. These limited-supply offers will go quickly but we'll add new ones throughout the day, every day, starting Monday--so you can skip the long lines and still save a bundle."

Amazon is also having a special Black Friday Deals Week sale on Movies & TV Shows. They have a full schedule of the movie sales here, but they won't be posting the price information until 12:01am PST the day before the sale. Our suggestion is to bookmark all of these links and check them often! Amazon says that they'll be adding new sales throughout the week, so the schedule available now may very well feature plenty more items later today!

NewEgg has also started another round of Pre-Black Friday Sales, the most notable item of their sale is the TomTom XL 340 4.3" GPS for $97 w/ Free Shipping. Amazon, coincidentally, also has the TomTom XL 340 on sale for $97, which also includes a Free Leather Case (retails for $20) with purchase!

Lastly, after doing some sleuthing, we stumbled upon Best Buy's Secret Door-Busters Sale!

The sale includes an HP G60-507DX 2.2GHz Celeron Laptop w/ 2GB RAM, 160GB Hard-Drive, and 15.6" Screen for $197, which is curiously priced $1 less than Walmart's $198 laptop. The laptop is only available in-store, but appears to be the only Black Friday sale item that has that stipulation.

Thus, we would assume that all the other items featured on this page will be available online as Best Buy encourages you to "start shopping early at on Thursday, November 26."

Additionally, if you're a Best Buy RewardZone Premier Silver Member, starting today, Monday, November 23rd from noon until midnight CST, you can take advantage of these exclusive early access to select Black Friday sale items. Rewardzone Premier Silver members are those who have spent over $2500 on their Rewardzone MasterCard.

This is only the start of what is shaping up to be an absolutely insane week. We're waiting to see if Walmart responds to BestBuy's $200 secret-sale laptop and whether or not Amazon decides to join the fray. Either way, it should be very interesting and great for the consumer! We'll have multiple updates per day, so we recommend you check back often!
